We have created Home Risk Reports as an extension of Law Plain and Simple.

Law Plain and Simple was established in 2015; its ethos is to provide the public with free to access legal information written in plain, easy to understand language with no legalese. We believe this helps alleviate any feelings of being daunted by the law or the legal profession and gives the public a better understanding of the legal process.

And so Home Risk Reports is our way of helping consumers, by putting homebuyers in the driving seat when it comes to making the biggest purchase of their lives. It’s all about knowledge, being fully informed and empowered.
